Unless specified otherwise, all Data requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services.

Email address — required for purchase, account access, and receipt delivery
First and last name — optional, collected during purchase for personalization
Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store full credit card numbers
Usage Data — app interactions, feature usage, energy logs, mission data, journal entries (stored locally on device; optionally synced to Supabase for backup)
Device information — OS version, app version, device model (for crash reporting and compatibility)
Trackers — Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity on our website for analytics and ad performance measurement

Data Storage and Security

Your core app data (missions, journals, energy logs) is stored locally on your device. Optional cloud backup/restore uses Supabase with encryption in transit (TLS).

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage at rest. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

Data Retention

Personal Data shall be processed and stored for as long as required by the purpose they have been collected for:

Purchase-related data — retained as long as necessary to fulfill the contract
Marketing consent data — retained until consent is withdrawn
After the retention period expires, Data is deleted. Rights of access, erasure, rectification, and data portability can no longer be enforced after deletion.

Your Rights

Users have the right to:

Withdraw consent at any time (for marketing emails — unsubscribe link in every email)
Object to processing (including direct marketing — free of charge, no justification needed)
Access their Data — request a copy of what we hold
Verify and seek rectification of inaccurate Data
Restrict processing of their Data
Have Data erased — request deletion
Receive their Data and transfer it to another controller (data portability)
Lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority

Any requests to exercise User rights can be directed to the Owner through the contact details provided. These requests can be exercised free of charge and will be addressed within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

StrategyMap is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be notified via email.
