By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using StrategyMap ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use the Application.
Upon one-time payment of the applicable price, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual (lifetime) license to use StrategyMap on your personal iOS and Android devices for personal, non-commercial use.
This license includes all updates and features released during the lifetime of the Application. The license is granted for the chosen term and, unless otherwise specified, does not automatically renew.
You may not:
StrategyMap is offered as a one-time purchase. Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice. Representations of the Application (graphics, screenshots, descriptions) are for reference only and do not constitute a warranty as to final product characteristics.
By submitting an order, you agree to pay the applicable price, taxes, and fees. You will receive a receipt confirmation via email. All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store payment card details.
Upon successful payment, you will receive access instructions via email within 5 minutes. Access is delivered via redemption code for the Apple App Store or Google Play. Your device and software must be legal, up-to-date, and meet market-standard requirements.
If StrategyMap does not meet your expectations, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. After 30 days, all sales are final. To request a refund, email hello@strategymap.app.
If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the contract is concluded. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must send an unequivocal statement to hello@strategymap.app. You will be reimbursed within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice.
Note: If you have downloaded and started using the Application before the withdrawal period ends, you expressly waive your right of withdrawal.
StrategyMap — including its name, logo, design, code, visual elements, and all related intellectual property — is owned by the Owner. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Your content — including missions, journal entries, energy logs, reflections, and any data you create within the Application — belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of your user-generated content.
StrategyMap is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or meet your specific requirements.
No information or advice obtained by you from us or through the Application shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these Terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Owner or its affiliates be liable for any:
arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Application, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Owner and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any third-party rights; (c) your misuse of the Application; or (d) your violation of applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Application after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Owner may terminate or suspend your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
Your use of StrategyMap is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Owner regarding your use of the Application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
